Sourcible LLC distributes electronic components made by other companies. We do not manufacture parts, and we do not add or change the materials in anything we sell. Material content is set by the original manufacturer.
Tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG) are found in many electronic components. We support the goals of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
We do not knowingly supply components containing 3TG that finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.
Sourcible is not an SEC reporting company and does not file Form SD. We support customers who do. On request, we will:
On request, we provide the manufacturer's published RoHS compliance and REACH declarations for parts we supply. This includes Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) present above 0.1% by weight, and substances on the REACH Annex XIV Authorisation List, as disclosed by the manufacturer.
Much of what we supply is end-of-life or older date code stock. For some of these parts, manufacturer declarations do not exist or predate current regulations. When we cannot get documentation for a part, we tell the customer so they can decide before they buy.
