- Route, fulfill, or audit RFQs, including via affiliates or third-party suppliers;
- Detect/prevent fraud, counterfeit, abuse, or policy violations (including test inquiries);
- Communicate updates, support, onboarding, and transactional notices;
- Analytics, debugging, and product improvement.
3. Sharing
- Suppliers & Affiliates: We may share buyer RFQs and necessary contact details with suppliers and trusted affiliates to fulfill requests, including when no listing matches.
- Service Providers: Hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and security providers bound by confidentiality.
- Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies via browser settings.

We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
