Brand Usage Policy

By listing on Sourcible, you grant Sourcible a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use your company name, logos, trademarks, and listing content (collectively, "Brand Assets") to operate and promote the marketplace, including on Sourcible’s website, emails, social channels, ads, sales materials, and case studies.
1. Usage Scope
- Display of Brand Assets alongside your listings, company profile, and search results.
- Use in buyer communications, catalogs, and product data normalization.
- Inclusion in marketing to showcase suppliers that use Sourcible.
2. Quality & Non‑Endorsement
- Sourcible will use Brand Assets in a manner consistent with reasonable brand guidelines you provide.
- Use does not imply endorsement of Sourcible by you, nor endorsement of you by Sourcible.
3. Takedown
You may request removal or correction of materially inaccurate brand use; Sourcible will act within a reasonable time.
4. Ownership
You retain all rights in your Brand Assets. No ownership is transferred to Sourcible by this Policy.
5. Governing Law
Alabama law governs; venue lies in Alabama courts.
