Seller Terms

• List only authentic, lawful goods. No counterfeit, stolen, embargoed, unsafe, or restricted exports.
• Accurately disclose condition, date codes, MOQs, SPQs, quantities, lead times. Remove unavailable items promptly.
• Comply with Anti-Counterfeit, ESD, Conflict Minerals, and Export Controls & Sanctions.

3) Transactions; Fees; Payments

Transactions initiated on Sourcible must be completed through Sourcible unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees (if any) and payout terms are disclosed in-product or order terms.

4) Non-Circumvention

You will not circumvent Sourcible for any lead, RFQ, or buyer introduced by Sourcible for twenty-four (24) months from first introduction, including renewals, re-orders, or derivative transactions. See Non-Circumvention Policy (liquidated damages apply).

5) Affiliate Participation; RFQ Routing

Suppliers acknowledge that Sourcible and/or its affiliates may participate as independent suppliers or sourcing partners. Sourcible may, in its discretion, route or fulfill RFQs directly, via affiliates, or via third-party partners, including when no listing matches a request.

6) Data; Access; Use

Supplier-provided data remains the supplier’s property. Sourcible may access and review such data in the ordinary course of operating and improving the marketplace. Sourcible will not sell or disclose supplier non-public data outside the marketplace without consent, except as required by law. Affiliates acting as suppliers access and use marketplace data under the same general framework as other suppliers.

7) Brand Usage License

You grant Sourcible a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, logo, and listing data to operate, promote, and improve the marketplace. See Brand Usage.

8) Compliance & Documentation

You will comply with applicable laws and policies and provide documentation (e.g., C of C, test results) when reasonably requested. Sourcible may conduct test RFQs to assess responsiveness and compliance.

9) Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sourcible and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your listings, products, shipments, representations, or violations of these terms or law (including counterfeit, IP infringement, safety, or export violations).

10) Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcible’s aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees paid by you to Sourcible in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Sourcible will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenue, or data.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may remove listings or suspend/terminate access for violations, fraud, risk, or harm to buyers or the platform.

12) Governing Law; Venue; Arbitration; Class Waiver

These terms are governed by Alabama law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Dothan, Alabama under the FAA and JAMS/AAA rules. No class actions or jury trials. Small claims and injunctive relief may be sought in courts in Houston County, Alabama.

13) Changes

We may update these terms and policies; material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
