Conflict Minerals Policy

Sourcible requires suppliers to support responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG) and other minerals subject to applicable laws and customer requirements. Suppliers must avoid directly or indirectly financing armed groups or contributing to serious human rights abuses.
1. Supplier Obligations
- Implement due diligence consistent with OECD Guidance for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains.
- Provide current Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) on request.
- Disclose smelter/refiner lists and countries of origin to the extent known.
- Flow down these requirements to sub-suppliers.
2. Non-Compliance
- Failure to provide accurate CMRT/traceability or use of high-risk sources may lead to suspension or removal.
- Supplier will remediate identified issues promptly and at its expense.
3. Documentation Retention
Maintain relevant records for at least 5 years from the date of last shipment listed on Sourcible.
4. Governing Law
Alabama law governs; venue lies in Alabama courts.
