This ESD Handling Policy (the "Policy") applies to all suppliers listing products on Sourcible.ai ("Sourcible"). By listing or selling on Sourcible, you agree to comply with the ESD requirements below to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge.

1. Packaging & Materials

• Use antistatic/moisture barrier bags, ESD-safe trays, tubes, or reels as appropriate.
• Include desiccants and humidity indicator cards where relevant; reseal with ESD-safe tape.
• Outer packaging must prevent movement and physical damage; use proper cushioning.
• Label packages with ESD warnings and handling instructions where applicable.

2. Facility Controls

• Maintain ESD-protected areas (EPAs) for storage, kitting, and packing.
• Use grounded workstations, wrist straps, ESD mats, ionizers, and calibrated testers.
• Require appropriate footwear/heel straps and clothing in EPAs.

3. Personnel Training

Provide initial and annual refresher training on ESD prevention, packaging, and verification.

4. Documentation & Traceability

• Maintain packing records showing ESD materials used and lot/date codes shipped.
• Provide Certificates of Conformance upon request and retain records for at least 24 months.

5. Inspection & Nonconformance

• Sourcible may request photos/video of packaging prior to shipment.
• Nonconforming packaging may lead to returns, cancellation, or suspension of listings.
• Supplier bears cost of rework/returns arising from improper ESD handling.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Venue and jurisdiction lie in courts located in Alabama.
