To protect all participants in the marketplace, buyers and suppliers agree not to bypass Sourcible to transact on introductions made through the platform, except as expressly permitted.

• No direct solicitation to counterparties introduced via Sourcible for off-platform deals.
• No sharing of counterparty contact details for the purpose of circumvention.
• Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
