Anti-Counterfeit & Authenticity Policy

Effective: August 20, 2025

Suppliers must list and ship only authentic, fully traceable components compliant with applicable laws and standards. Counterfeit, remarked, refurbished-as-new, or stolen parts are strictly prohibited.

Requirements

• Provide truthful condition, date codes, packaging, and provenance.
• Maintain chain-of-custody and documentation (C of C, test reports) upon request.
• Follow AS6081/AS9120 or equivalent best practices where applicable.
• ESD-safe handling and packaging per our ESD Policy.

Inspection & Remedies

• We may require third-party testing/inspection. Suppliers must cooperate.
• If suspected counterfeit: immediate RMA, refund/replacement at supplier expense, plus testing/logistics costs.
• Violations may result in suspension, delisting, and indemnity obligations per Seller Terms.
